When I was in high school, I enjoyed a great deal of success on the debate team and participated in several sports. I subsequently trained in the martial arts for more than a decade and coached high school and all-star basketball teams for more than two decades. I guess it isn't unexpected that I would feel at home in the stressful, competitive environment of the courtroom. I first qualified as an expert witness in 1980 and never looked back. Mountain ranch appraisal services
There are few facets of my appraisal practice that I enjoy more than working with owners of mountain ranches. I grew up in rural Western Colorado and developed a love for the outdoors. I know what it is like to stack hay in the heat of the summer and feed livestock in a blizzard. Although I have appraised ranches in Wyoming, Utah and New Mexico, I focus on my home area west of the Continental Divide in Colorado.

I have offered appraisal and consultation services in many of the ski resorts in Western Colorado, but I specialize in Telluride and Mountain Village. I performed my first Telluride appraisal in 1976, and later appraised the first four buildings in Mountain Village. I maintained an office in Telluride for about 20 years.
